Research experience
PhD Researcher
UCL School of Pharmacy
Design and conduct pharmacoepidemiological studies using UK electronic health records, including CPRD, HES, and ONS data. My work applies causal inference and observational study designs including target trial emulation, active-comparator new-user designs, clone-censor-weight analyses, self-controlled case series, case-crossover, and case-case-time-control designs. I also develop interactive visualisations using D3.js and R Shiny.
MSc Researcher
London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine
Contributed to a consulting project for UCB and extended related work for my MSc dissertation. Collated and linked data from multiple sources, refactored R code to improve reproducibility, and produced visualisations using ggplot2 and R Shiny.
Research Assistant
